Will Iran meet the conditions for normalization of relations with Saudi Arabia?

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan made the remarks in an interview with Al Saud State Television (Al Arabiya).He said Saudi Arabia wanted to establish a normally good relationship with Iran.

"His country is ready to establish friendly relations with Iran. He claims that Saudi Arabia wants friendly relations but Iran is not committed to reducing tensions," he said.

Iran welcomed the offer after Qatar's foreign minister called on Arab countries in the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council to hold talks with Iran. The statement came two days later from Saudi Arabia.

Riyadh severed ties with Iran in 2016 after a mob attacked the Saudi embassy in Tehran following the execution of Shiite cleric Ayatollah Sheikh Nimar and the persecution of Shiites. Since then, the country has pursued a policy of hostility to Iran and has assisted former US President Donald Trump in implementing a strategy to exert maximum pressure on Tehran. Which is still growing.

Although the Saudi foreign minister questioned Iran's sincerity, Iran has announced its readiness to hold direct talks with Arab countries on several occasions.

The Saudi foreign minister said in an interview that the nuclear deal was a weak one. Because there is no participation of any country in the Middle East.

Will Iran agree to normalize relations?

Iran has wanted to hold talks with Arab countries on several occasions. He has even requested countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh. But Qatar wants the Arab League to sit in peaceful talks with Iran.

Since Saudi Arabia is willing to normalize relations, Iran will also want to sit down for talks. Why not, Iran's relations with the Arab countries will increase the economy. Moreover, US sanctions are likely to be lifted.

Moreover, Iran needs the help of Arab countries to resist Israel. Iran also does not want Arab countries to be pro-Israel and anti-Iran.

So my own idea is that Iran would like to normalize relations with Saudi Arabia. Why not, it will benefit Iran a lotcom
