Turkey has announced its readiness to buy more S-400s from Russia, ignoring US opposition. But this time Ankara has given new conditions.

Ismail Damir, head of Turkey's national defense industry, said they were ready to buy more new S-400 missile defense systems from Russia. But the condition is that the missile defense system must be built jointly and its technology must be given to Ankara.
Turkey signed a 2.5 billion deal with Russia in 2016 to buy the S-400. According to the agreement, Moscow handed over all the equipment of S-400 to Turkey last year.
But Turkey wants to buy more missile defense systems. However, it is not clear whether Russia will comply with Turkey's conditions.
